JEAN BACK IN LOVE

Wife-killer Lillis's ex-mistress steps out with fiancé

BACK TOGETHER: Jean Treacy and her fiancé Keith Fahy were out and about together this week EXCLUSIVE PICS © Ernie Leslie/Sunday World THESE are the pictures that prove mistress Jean Treacy and her fiancé are firmly back together and have put her lying, cheating past behind them.

It's the first image of the stunning brunette since she gripped the nation with her testimony at the murder trial of her married lover Eamonn Lillis.

Despite looking tired, the snaps clearly reveal the good looks that caught the eye of the 52-year-old TV ad executive, who cheated on wife Celine Cawley and then beat her to death on the patio of their home in Howth, Co Dublin.

Jean is set to wed her devoted fiance, Keith Fahy, after he forgave her. The Sunday World can reveal that the Tipperary-born beauty moved back to Keith's north county Dublin home this week.

She had kept a low profile in the wake of the trial of her former lover, who was found guilty of the manslaughter of his wife Celine.

Affair

PRISON: Mug-shot of killer Eamonn LillisHe had been having a steamy affair with masseuse Jean prior to brutally killing his wife with a brick.

She was engaged to Keith and planning to marry him in Tuscany, Italy, when she embarked on the affair.

But as our exclusive pictures show, the couple have kissed and made up and Keith is determined to forget about Jean's infidelities and the intricate web of sex and lies, that only ended after the death of mum-of-one Celine.

In fact, friends say that Keith is besotted with the raven haired 32-year-old from Nenagh in Co Tipperary

He has installed security cameras at his home so she can feel safe and he drives her wherever she wants to go, rarely letting her out of his sight.

The pair have locked themselves away from the outside world over the past few weeks at his home in Swords, north county Dublin.

Behind closed doors they are said to be busy planning an Italian wedding to seal their love - a wedding that had to be cancelled when Lillis battered tragic Celine to death on the patio of their home.

Two days ago the clock ran out on Jean's ex-lover's chance to appeal his conviction or the sentence he received.

On Friday, 21 days since he was jailed, the deadline passed for Lillis to lodge an appeal. The father-of-one has instead decided to serve his sentence for the killing of his wife.

Our photographs were taken this week when the couple made a rare trip out together to a local shopping centre, where Keith dutifully waited in the car for more than half an hour while Jean attended an appointment.

KILLED: Celine Crawley was killed on the patio of her homeFriends say that supermarket worker Keith has promised Jean he will protect her from prying eyes, and has even devised a special strategy to get her in and out of the house un-noticed by parking his car directly in front of the door of his house.

She then often slips out and into the back seat of the Ford Mondeo before he ferries her to wherever she wants to go.

Gardai sparked controversy when they snuck her into court to avoid press photographers.

A friend said: "Keith is totally besotted with Jean and always has been. He would do anything for her and has promised her that he will protect her. She has totally gone to ground since the trial.

Keith had proposed to her in Newgrange, Co Meath, on the winter solstice and had gone along with her dreams of a pricey Italian wedding, complete with Tiffany diamonds.

But as she planned her dream wedding, he had no idea that she was embroiled in a steamy affair with a married man 20 years her senior and was having sex in a shopping centre car park in the back of his jeep.

It has emerged that on most days, during their ten-week fling towards the end of 2008, Jean and Lillis would begin communicating with a blank text at 9.30am to make sure the coast was clear and neither of their partners were around.

The couple would meet on Mondays, her day off from her job at the Haven massage salon in Howth, and either go to the Pavilion Shopping Centre car park in Swords in his blacked-out jeep, or to the Lillis' home for a romp in the marital bed, if Celine had gone to work.

At night, she would curl up beside Keith and tell him how her plans were going for their nuptials.

On the stand, the young beautician, who had been controversially whisked in and out of court by Gardai, sipped from a straw as she told how she began a steamy affair with married Lillis just weeks before he killed wife Celine.

The court heard how he had been attending the Howth Haven for massages with Jean for two years before their relationship began.

Then one Friday, after giving him a rub down, she got into his Mercedes jeep to look at pictures of his dogs - a passion she said
they both shared.

After the next session he turned over and instead of closing his eyes while she massaged his shoulder, he kept staring at her and smiling.

Lillis then asked her what she was thinking and she said she put his fingers on her pulse and told him: "That's what I'm thinking," before walking out of the room. A week later their affair began and they saw each other almost every day up until Celine's brutal death.

Friends have told the Sunday World that Jean had started fancying Lillis about a year before they began having sex in the back of his car and in his marital home.

She tried to create a romantic mood in her therapy room when she knew he was coming for an appointment. "She'd come out after massaging him, saying 'he's so hot'," one friend told the Sunday World.

It appears that Jean's charms worked on Lillis and he too became infatuated with the country girl. He even had to be warned to keep away from his former lover while he was on bail awaiting trial.

Bludgeoned

It has emerged that Jean had to notify Gardai after she spotted Lillis near her home in north Dublin and at her workplace in the weeks after he bludgeoned Celine to death.

Millionaire killer Lillis was sentenced to seven years for the manslaughter of his wife in Dublin's Central Criminal Court last month.

He will be due for release around April 2015 and he will have a €2 million nest egg waiting for him thanks to the hard work of former model Celine.

In the meantime, prisoner 55511 will earn just €2.35 per day in his job in the print shop at Wheatfield Prison, where he shares a wing with lifer John O'Neill, who knifed a mum of two to death in what he claimed was a sex game gone wrong.

As a standard prisoner, Lillis is entitled to one visit a week for which he has to nominate a maximum of three names. It is a far cry from the life he once shared with Celine.
